          1) Name(s) and picture(s) showing the eyes of the animal(s) you want us to work with.  Pictures help  establish a stronger and faster connection with your pet.

 

             2)  General Location.  Town, City, State, Country where animal(s) are located.

 

                 3)  Contact Information.  Best time and way to contact you.  Email address and phone number.
